A little help from Si

Let’s find your next step.

I’ve put the common questions here so you can get back to your home and your plans.

Need a person?

I can help you get in touch with Jenna at Greene Insurance for help with your account, your home quote, or a step that didn’t finish.

How does AI help me compare home insurance prices?

I use AI to understand your answers and guide you through the home details needed for a price check. Participating carriers supply the prices; AI doesn’t set your premium or confirm coverage. You can check and correct the details before I request prices.

About the Florida home price check
Why do you ask for email, phone and date of birth?

Those details are part of the current carrier price request. I’ll explain their use when I ask for them, and I keep your contact details with your quote. You can see prices before creating an account. Signing in afterward verifies that the account belongs to you.

How do I find my saved home?

Sign in with the same account you used before, then open My insurance. Choose the home to return to its conversation and saved prices. If you archived it, look under Archived homes and restore it.

I’m having trouble signing in.

Open the account menu and choose Log in. You can use Google or have a code sent to your email. Use the email associated with your saved work. If Google opens a different account, log out and sign in with the email you intended.

If an email code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder. You can request a new code from the sign-in window; use the newest one.

Does a price tell me what’s covered?

The first results show prices only. I’ll show reviewed terms when Jenna has checked the actual carrier quote and shared it with you. Until then, I can’t confirm the limits, deductibles, exclusions, or conditions from a price.

What happens after I send a request to Jenna?

I’ll keep the request status in your saved conversation. “Sent to Jenna” means the request has been recorded for review. Open that request to find Jenna’s contact details and any terms she has shared.

If it says the request is still sending or needs attention, follow the next step shown there. Selecting a price hasn’t purchased a policy or started coverage.

How do I save or download a document?

Open My insurance, then My documents. Choose Upload my document, select a PDF, JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 15 MB, and choose whether to keep it with your account or a saved home. Wait for the saved confirmation before leaving.

Use the download button beside a saved file to open a copy. “Saved · not reviewed” means I’ve kept the file; it doesn’t mean Jenna has reviewed it. Uploading a file doesn’t send her a review request.

My upload didn’t finish. What should I do?

If you see Check my upload, use it to let me check whether the file arrived. If I need another copy, choose the same file and try again. I’ll show a saved confirmation when the upload is complete.

Can I bring back an archived home or document?

Yes. In My insurance, open Archived homes to restore a home, or go to My documents and open Archived documents to restore a file. Archiving a home doesn’t cancel a request already sent to Jenna.

Can I sign an application or manage a renewal here?

I can keep your paperwork and saved price checks together. Application signing, policy issuance, and automatic renewal reviews aren’t available here yet. Jenna will explain the carrier’s next steps when you move ahead.

Looking for the bigger picture?

I can walk you through how the price check, your account, and Jenna’s review fit together.
